Applewood Bacon

Our applewood smoked bacon is not smoked with traditional hickory wood. As in the name, this bacon is smoked with apple wood for a slightly sweeter flavor. At Eckerlin Meats we carry two types. One is sliced thinly and smoked with a very mild flavor. The other is made by Usinger. Their applewood bacon is heavily smoked for and intense bacon flavor that might remind you of breakfast growing up. It is sliced to order.

Hickory Smoked Bacon

Our #1 selling bacon is the traditional hickory smoked bacon. If you have never had fresh cut, thick sliced bacon from a real butcher, you are in for a treat. Our bacon is perfectly smoked and hand cut to order. The flavor of Eckerlin Meats bacon is unsurpassed. It’s always lean and meaty. We cut it a little thicker to enhance the texture.

Peppered Bacon
